For qualified items that fit in the 'Repair in a box' package, shipping within the US to an ABB repair center is free and test fees are waived. If testing reveals repair is required and the part is repairable, we will let you know the estimated cost before we do any repair work.
Repairs are backed by a full two-year warranty and completed under strict quality procedures in an ISO 9001.2008 certified repair center. Some restrictions apply.
