The more you know about ABB products and their market potential, the better you can use and gain benefit from them. Training courses are available to give the personnel in charge of managing/maintaining the installations the necessary know-how to achieve an excellent level of operating ability. The courses are held at the ABB's Training Centers.

The ABB STOTZ-KONTAKT GmbH Customer Training Center in Heidelberg has several seminar and conference rooms in different size regulations that can be adjusted to the request of the guests. Every year we have hundreds of meetings in our ABB Customer Training Center. These could be customer groups with around 60 people or smaller business meetings.

All of the rooms are technically up to date and equipped with a projector, air conditioning, flip charts, metaplan board etc. The catering of the guests on the site and in the breaks is organized from our ABB Catering service.

The staff of the ABB Customer Training Center ensures a smooth process of the event and the organization. The tasks of organizing an event includes the registration to an event/seminar, booking a hotel and also a shuttle service if needed, factory tour on our premises, arranging evening events and much more.

A special highlight of our ABB Customer Training Center is the HUGO STOTZ Museum that is always available to our national and international guests and our co-workers.

The Customer Training Center, located in Lüdenscheid at Busch-Jaeger, is a modern and architecturally imposing building, characterized by a light-flooded foyer, equipped with state-of-the-art technology in nine meeting and conference rooms in different sizes. The Training Center is on the one hand for guests and customers from around the world and on the other hand for employees of ABB. The Training Center welcomes more than 5,000 customers every year for product, sales and management trainings in Lüdenscheid. The rooms include space for up to 120 people and can be adjusted flexible for visitor groups and customers.


The meeting and conference rooms own high-end equipment for phone and video conferences, projectors for presentations and a wide range of the current product portfolio. There is an ABB Wi-Fi for employees and especially a Wi-Fi for all guests. The whole Customer Training center is controlled by KNX building systems technology from ABB. The staff of the Training Center guarantees perfect arranged events and an excellent service, regarding the hospitality and the quality of food and beverage.
