Christopher Artlip
Experience: 
  • 13 years of robotics experience (5 years Field Service, 5 Years as a manufacturing robotics engineer, 3 years as ABB Instructor)
  • Associates of Applied Science in Electronics and Computer repair, A+ Certification    

  • AutoCAD, Solid Works

Courses Taught:
Programming I, II and III for material handling on the S4, S4C, S4Cplus and IRC5 controllers. RobotStudio I and II. EPS/SafeMove/SafeMove2 Certification. Electrical Troubleshooting/Maintenance on the IRC5 Controller. Internal ABB Field Service Training for all levels.

Jerry Fleming

Experience:
  • Over 30 years (3 years as Field Service Engineer, 30+ years instructing and developing training)
  • Associates of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology
  • Bachelor of Applied Science in Automated Manufacturing Technology

All levels of programming specializing in spot welding, material handling, and software products (including PickMaster, RobotStudio, Palletizing, Integrated Vision, FlexVision, TrueView Vision, SafeMove, Force Control, and EPS), all robot electrical courses, and some mechanical courses.

Scott Shea
Experience:
  • 25 years of experience in the automation field focusing on installation, troubleshooting and teaching both integrators and the end customer.
  • Associates of Applied Science in Electronics and Computer repair, PLC, Robotics, and CAD Certified.

Courses Taught:
IRC 5 Programming, Electrical Troubleshooting and Mechanical Maintenance. Specializing in collaborative robot YuMi, as well as ABB’s Integrated Vision, Robot Studio and SafeMove Pro. Customer specific systems training such as palletizing and other turn key systems that ABB installs.

Michael Stefansky

Experience:
  • Over 35 years experience in the paint and fluid handling industry, more than 20 years in robotics applications. Many of those years in the field installing and working with customers to learn the operation of their equipment onsite.
  • Two years of assorted welding applications and two years of Industrial Electrical training in Technical Training Institutions.

Courses Taught:
Paint Applicator Maintenance, Programming, IPS, Cartridge Bell System, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance for S4P, S4P+ and IRC5P robot systems. Programming I and II for S4C, S4C+ and IRC5 controllers. Electrical Maintenance for S4C+ and IRC5 controllers.
