We are dedicated to provide you with the best learning experience while at our facility as well as your entire stay in the Tanner / Huntsville area. If you have any questions regarding training courses, the robot lab, facilities, or accommodations, please ask your training instructor or feel free to call ABB University at 1-800-HELP-365 option 1, option 4.

Travel: Fly into Huntsville International airport (HSV) - Travel time to RTP is 15 minutes.

Parking: Parking at the RTP Training Center is on the side of the building. Enter through the main entrance in front.

Class Start Times/End Times: Classes begin at 7:30 am. Please do not make flight arrangements for any time before 4:00 pm if your class ends on a Friday. All other classes are scheduled to complete at 5:00 pm on the last day.

Security: The front lobby opens at 7:30 a.m. Access to the Training Center requires a photo ID badge which you will get from the receptionist in the front lobby. We require that you wear your badge at all times while in our facility. Once you have your badge, you will be granted access to your training class only. Our security policy requires that you be accompanied by your instructor should you need to visit other parts of our building.

Emergencies: In case of an emergency, a cell phone is available for your use at the receptionist’s desk. Your instructor will provide you access to this phone if an emergency arises during the week. Please notify us or have your employer or a family member contact us at 256-617-9780.
