In such a case you can contact our Contact Centre via phone, email, web or LiveAgent chat. The Contact Center provides a simple, single point of contact to all of our sales, service and internal support groups.
When you call or send an email or log a web inquiry or chat, our personnel in the Contact Center will register your inquiry and assign it to the relevant ABB person in the business unit or function immediately.
The Contact Center can be reached through the following channels:
7am - 4pm South African Standard Time (SAST), Monday - Thursday
7am - 3pm South African Standard Time (SAST), Friday (except Public Holidays)
