PSRC is a unique softstarter designed specifically for scroll compressors, that is very easy to use and install. It was designed with a short starting time whilst maintaining a low starting current thus increasing the life span of the compressor.

PSRC can also be used in refrigerated multideck cabinets.

  • HMI and connectivity: No set-up needed, fieldbus communication with fieldbusplug adapter and the fieldbusplug, run and top of ramp relays available for monitoring, connection kits available for connection to ABB´s manual motor starters
  • Protections and diagnostics: Possible to connect with ABB´s manual motor starters to get overload protection and short-circuit protection
  • Starting and stopping features: Soft start with voltage ramp, soft stop with voltage ramp, built-in bypass for energy saving and easy installation
