Highlights

Stressometer - Flatness measurement & control

The Stressometer Flatness Control System will minimize rejects, pass times and strip breaks. This is achieved thru the use of all mill actuators, both mechanical and thermal, in an optimal way for creating the best possible flatness.

Thickness Gauging

There are two main types of thickness gauges; the Box Gauge for measuring on aluminium and clad aluminium strip, and the C-frame Gauge for measuring on any non-ferrous strip and foil.

Strip Tension Measurement

Accurate strip tension measurement is a prerequisite for keeping the strip tension constant within the desired range, during both acceleration and deceleration.
