Genix Edge AI

Genix™ Edge AI is an industrial edge computing platform designed for real-time data processing and analytics at the edge of industrial networks. It enables secure, high-speed, and cost-effective data analysis by running machine learning (ML) algorithms close to data sources, reducing latency and cloud dependency.

The key functionalities include Edge Device Security, ensuring identity management, process configuration, and hardware-based encryption (TPM) for robust cybersecurity. Genix Omni Source Integration Hub

Genix Omni Source Integration Hub is a modular component that allows low code tooling to develop and plugin any new adopter rapidly. Genix platform acquires and integrates data from IIoT sensors using a hybrid edge-cloud architecture. Leveraging <Field Instrument Management (FIM)> and support for industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, OPC Classic, MQTT, UDP etc..), the platform enables seamless communication with field devices and sensors. It can integrate equipment attached monitors such as smart sensors (ABB and Non-ABB), HMIs, environmental sensors such as ABB CEMS sensors, VR/ Maintenance inspection verification devices etc.

The platform provides deeper integration with IT source systems, including ERP platforms like SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Oracle InfoR, Planning and execution systems such as ABB MES/MOM and EAM systems including IBM Maximo, SAP EAM and PM. This integration is accomplished using the native APIs of these respective systems, such as RFC for SAP, OData for S/4 HANA, and REST APIs for IBM Maximo.

Genix IIoT Hub (Gateway)

Genix IIoT Hub (Gateway) is a cloud gateway and broker that facilitates secure, real-time data exchange between edge devices and cloud services. It supports device-to-cloud (D2C) and cloud-to-device (C2D) communication, ensuring seamless command and control operations in industrial IoT environments.

Key capabilities include secure data routing with encryption (AMQPS, MQTTS, HTTPS), adaptive data processing to filter and optimize bandwidth usage, and dynamic network resilience to handle unreliable connections. Built on the Omni Source Integration Platform, it enables seamless ingestion, mapping, and transformation of structured and unstructured data across enterprise systems, industrial equipment, and engineering platforms.
