ABB Installation Products launch hybrid Furse® Type 1+2+3 Surge Protection Devices (SPDs)

Selecting best in class surge protection has become even easier with the new ESP 415DT1/12.5 and ESP 415MT1/12.5 Surge Protection Devices (SPDs). With innovative hybrid component technology, the combined Type 1+2+3 ESP DT1 and ESP MT1 SPD series offer superior protection performance and electronic status indication over generic single component Type 1 SPDs.

The new DT1 and MT1 Surge Protection series from Furse offer high 12.5kA (10/350) direct lightning current surge capability yet provide low surge let-through voltage for superior best in class performance, convenient installation and maintenance thanks to its enhanced electronic status indication.
