Fencing systems

Quick-Guard is a very flexible  fencing system (also called machine guarding system) consisting of a minimum of different components, such as aluminum profiles, patented assembly parts, net-locks, mesh, solid or transparent polycarbonate panels.

Thanks to our patented screw-lock system, we can supply all brackets pre-mounted with fixing screws and nuts. No holes need to be drilled in the profiles and all cuts are made straight. Assembly and modification is therefore very easy.

Quick-Guard can be supplied to be designed by you on site (Quick-Guard Express) or designed and cut according to drawing (Quick-Guard standard).

Fence PowerPac

Fence PowerPac is an add-on for RobotStudio for designing simple safety fence solutions with Quick-Guard.
It is an easy, fast and free-of-charge PC software that doesn’t require any previous CAD experience.

You can import plant layouts (DWG), draw a fence solution in 2D or 3D on top of it and generate bill of material and cutting instructions.

RobotStudio is the ABB software for simulating and programming robot lines. On the RobotStudio web page you can download the latest version of RobotStudio. No license is required to use Fence PowerPac.

SafeCAD

SafeCAD is a plug-in program for AutoCAD. It is the design software that is used internally at ABB for creating and customizing advanced safety fence solutions with Quick-Guard. All that is required is a simple drawing of your machine or intended fence solution, and we can give a quote for a safety fence solution with Quick-Guard.
