   ACBs 

No changes since the last announcement

  MCCBs

• The Tmax T5-T6-T7 circuit breakers standard version (up to 690VAC – 750VDC) and all accessories, will be available only for the completion of ongoing projects.
• The lead time will be extended to 30 days and the country of origin will not be guaranteed during the year.
• The series will be discontinued by the end of 2025 (last time buy no later than September with delivery within December).

   Enclosures 

• TriLine Power Module will transition to the classic phase starting July 2025 and will remain in this phase until H1 2027. Following this period, the TriLine Power Module will be limited.
• ArTu PB will be discontinued starting July 2025. However, for Mexico only, the limited phase will be extended until the end of 2025 to facilitate the migration to a new substitute product under the responsibility of ELSB.
• ArTu K Active phase remains effective in select countries.

Motor Starting & Safety 

Electronic Relays and Controls

• All CP-T products will change to Classic phase from January 2025 and to Limited from January 2026 and become Obsolete 01.07. 2026.
• 3-Phase Switch Mode Power Supplies CP-S.3 will become Active from July 2025.
• High input voltage DC/DC converter CP-S.DC will become Active from July 2025.

Safety Products

• The planned transition of Sense7 from Classic to Limited has been revised, and the product will now continue as Active from January 2025. 
• All models of Orion WET and Orion SHIELD will become Obsolete July 2025. 
• JSHD4 Anti-tamper will change to Limited from January 2026 and become Obsolete January 2027. 
• URAX will change to Limited phase from July 2026 and become Obsolete January 2027. 
• Pluto B42 AS-i, Pluto AS-i v2, AS-i cables and AS-I accessories will change to Limited phase from January 2027 and become Obsolete July 2027. 
• Cables sold in meter will change to Limited phase from January 2027 and become Obsolete July 2027. 
• Pluto A20, O2, D20, B22 will change to Limited from January 2028 and Obsolete become July 2028. 
• Adam DYN-Reset M12-5, Adam OSSD-Reset M12-5 and Adam OSSD-Reset M12-8 will change to Limited phase from January 2028 and become Obsolete July 2028. 
• Pluto D45HE will change to Limited phase from January 2028 and become Obsolete July 2028.

Pilot Devices

• L-mark products become Limited from Jan 2025, will change to Obsolete from Jan 2026.
• MEP, MEPY, MEX Enclosures and assembled stations will change to Limited from July 2026.
• MA6-1000…MA6-1016 legend plate for enclosure, MA6-1240…MA6-1242 legend plates for joysticks, MA6-1093…1094 and MA6-1255 legend plates become Limited from July 2025, will change to Obsolete from July 2026.
• A3 NEMA enclosure 104PE became obsolete from May 2025 following urgent communication from global manufacturing manager.

• Rolling stock AF contactors range AF40B…AF96B..RT is ACTIVE from Q2 2025.
• AF contactors range UAFC15…70 & UAFC15…70..RA is ACTIVE from Q2 2025.
• A range UA16…95 and UA16…95..RA is CLASSIC from July 1st 2025 with planned termination. Last time buy is 31st of March 2027.
• A range UAF..RA contactors is Limited from July 2027 and Obsolete from January 2028.Last time buy is 31st of March 2027.
• A range GAF75..RT contactors is limited from July 2027 and Obsolete from January 2028. Last time buy is 31st of March 2027.
• Rolling stock AF contactors AF400B…AF2850B, GF875B…GF1325B Screw connection is ACTIVE from Q1 2025
• Accessories: KZD30 NO/NC, KZK110, KZK150, KZ100, KZ145, OBSOLETE from Q3 2025.

• Last time buy for all PST(B) and PSS spare parts (called pt.2). Obsolete from Jan 2026.
  

NEMA Controls

• CR360L Enclosed models above 100A became Obsolete in 2023. The AF series contactors serve as a suitable replacement for this product line.
• New Size 5 and 6 Non-Combination and Combination Starters will be added to the portfolio in the second half of 2025.
• ProS Enclosed Starters with UL508A listing will be added to the portfolio in the second half of 2025.

NEMA Enclosed products 

• ADS fusible power panels are planned to be phased out of production during 2026. Final orders must be in by October 1st, 2025.Fusible switchboards and component ADS fusible switches remain available to fill the application space.
• Within the ReliaGear neXT Power Panel offering, Veris Meter AMP1 become Obsolete in January 2024. It is completely replaced by the RGM40.
• Enclosed Rotary Switches, type NF, FC, and FJ transitioned to Limited in January 2022, and Obsolete in July 2023. These switches are replaced by a new consolidated eOT & eOS switch line launched during 2024.
• RD ReliaGear panels replaced with a new version of RD at the start of Q4 2024.The new panel will be based on FB breakers as the 1, 2, and 3 pole branch breakers.XT2 breakers will be Limited to 3 and will move to the subfeed section.
• Within the Lighting Panel offering, Veris Meter AMP1 become Obsolete in July 2024. It is already replaced by the RGM40.We will continue to ship both until Q3 2024.
• Within the ReliaGear™ Lighting Panel offering, Branch Circuit Monitoring - ASPMETER becomes Obsolete in Jan 2024. It is replaced by the RGLPM BCM.We will continue to offer the ASPMETER BCM as supply allows through Q1 2025. The New RGLPM BCM will be available Q2 2025.
• ADS fusible switchboards are tentatively planned to be phased out of production during 2026.Development for replacement product is in process.
• OEM ReliaGear Switchboard Bus Stacks SKUs that includes 1-sided and 2-sided Center tiers (legacy design) will now be replaced by Center Tier designs in Upper, Lower, and Center strap configurations. These new configurations allow for a single bus stack to be purchased and used either in 1-sided or 2-sided applications rather than having to purchase two different bus stacks.
• ReliaGear™ Lighting Panels, Type L OEM configured interiors will be replaced with a SKU based offering in Q1 2025. Type L interiors are UR recognized interiors only - no breakers, no shield, no box are included in this offering. Selection of "EQIP Panel" is now re-labeled as "Type M OEM" interior - no change in offering.
• 800/1200A Spec Setter General and Heavy Duty, all Enclosure Ratings are being phased out during 2H 2025 and will be completely replaced by a new, more capable design.First orders for the new design will be September 2025, concurrent with last orders for the legacy design.

• ABB Ability Energy and Asset Manager are in Maintenance since July 2025 till July 2026, when it will become Obsolete. This applies to all countries but in China, where the offer remains Active.
• The ASKI portfolio of Energy Control and Optimization solutions has been added to the Life-Cycle-Management (available in selected markets only).
