ABB Relays-Online provides access to digital tools and services related to ABB's digital substation products, including protection relays, communication devices, and software. To get the most out of ABB Relays-Online, create an account. 

If you already have an account, or you are an ABB employee, please go to ABB Relays-Online and click on Sign in at the top right corner.

Access to additional functionality

You can request access to additional functionality in ABB Relays-Online, such as order tracking and configuring products.
Step-by-step process for requesting access to additional functionality:
  1. Create an account and sign-in.
  2. Go to request access.
  3. Complete the request access form with the correct credentials and company information. This information can be found in your earlier order acknowledgements or from your purchasing department.
  4. Select the additional functionality you would like to have.
  5. Submit your request.

Access request option - Product configurator:
Via enabling this option, you can connect your account to your own organization and the corresponding price list. After your request has been approved, you can find the additional functionality in the Product configurator. 

Access request option -  Track orders:
Via enabling this option, you can connect your account to your own organization and your order information, including order tracking, order status, and order documentation. After your request has been approved, you can find the additional orders related information under Orders.
