Our ABB e-Motion Center in Madrid (Spain) has facilities of over 3,000 m2 equipped with the latest technologies for the maintenance and repair of all type of electric motors and generators, including large repairs that may involve the complete rebuilding of the equipment or the application of reverse engineering techniques.

Remote test viewing

3D scanning

ABB offers devices, systems and services that allow our customers to know more, do more and do it better, together.

For this purpose, we have installed a next-generation system that has high-quality cameras, allowing us to record the works and the tests to broadcast them live, meaning they can be viewed without the need to travel.

Our wireless scanner has automatic 3D processing incorporated. In this way, the scanner easily captures images, similar to recording a video, and reconstructs a 3D model from the images taken. It has 0.1 mm precision and its 80 CPS reconstruction rate turns it into an optimum solution for:

3D document generation
Quality and dimensional control of coils and spares
