The event drew solar customers from across the region who share ABB’s determination to create sustainable solutions for generations to come. Attendees experienced ABB’s new Customer Innovation Center, spanning the breadth of its digital portfolio for power and automation, followed by the opportunity to view ABB’s solar applications for Smarter Homes, Smarter Buildings and Smarter Mobility.
The PVS-175-TL is ABB’s award-winning innovative three-phase string inverter, delivering a six-in-one solution to enhance and optimize solar power generation for ground-mounted utility scale applications. It has the highest power density within the 1500 Vdc segment and comes equipped with 12 MPPT, also the highest in its class. This allows for maximum plant design flexibility and increasing yields in case of complex installations. Asset monitoring is simplified with the ability to connect to ABB AbilityTM, ABB’s comprehensive cross-divisional digital offering, enabling solar PV plant operators to install, configure, operate and maintain the inverters with ease.
The launch was presided by TaiYeap Wai, Local Sales and Marketing Manager, Electrification Products Division and Divya Kumar, Product Marketing Director for the solar business.
