Tailor-made courses

We offer tailor-made training to fit your company’s training needs and availability.

ABB also provides practice-oriented on-site and off-site courses covering specific customer needs and requirements.

Training can be structured according to specific customer requirements – as refresher courses for experienced personnel, basic training for new staff, or training for new platform solutions and products. Our training staff are experienced in engineering and commissioning, and have passed an ABB train-the-trainer program. The training centers’ modern classrooms are equipped with training models and simulators to provide hands-on training and ensure successful knowledge transfer.

ABB provides training solutions which ensure that customers know enough to ensure ABB products and systems are used in the best/most efficient way. The levels of training vary from basic to certification.

The tailor-made courses include the design, development, and delivery of instructor-led training. The instructor-led training are designed following the industry standards and current ABB regulations.

ABB's Medium Voltage Products offering includes training on distribution automation products, switching, limiting, measuring and sensing devices, switchgear, modular substation packages and related services. Training Courses are available in a variety of formats, from e-learning courses, which can be completed anywhere with internet access, to hands-on instructor-led training based at our fully equipped training centres.
Distribution Automation Training Courses are regulary scheduled at ABB's Vassa Training Centre, Finland and also in Malaysia, Brasil, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E, Egypt and South Africa.
Local UK Training is also available on request.

2015 Protection, Control & MircoSCADA Pro Schedule

ABB offer a range of specialist Robotics Training Courses covering several aspects including; Programmming, Operator Training and Maintenance. All class are hands-on instructor-led training based at our fully equipped training centre. The ABB University can also be brought to your site to deliver standard or unique tailor-made courses.
Our training centre is located close to the centre of Milton Keynes and easily accessible from M1 Motorway.
