Parking: There are parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. Any unmarked space is available for student parking. Please do not park in spaces marked "Handicapped" or "Reserved" unless authorized.
Smoking: Classrooms, hallways, and labs are non-smoking areas. Smoking is only permitted outside the building in designated areas.
Class Start and End Times: Classes typically begin at 8:30 AM on end around 4:30 each day, and normally end by noon on the last day of class to allow for travel arrangements. Additional lab time will be available on the afternoon of the last day of class. To help ensure effective learning, please attend all sessions. Book your travel arrangements to arrive at our facility prior to the start of the course. Attendance at all sessions is required to receive a certificate of completion. On the first day of class, please check in with the reception desk. The receptionist will issue you a visitors badge and direct you to your classroom.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please notify us 2 weeks before the start date if you must cancel or reschedule your training. P. O.'s and/or payments already received will be credited toward future classes. We will bill in full for cancellations received less than 10 business days before the class start day, or for non-attendance. Regretfully, courses are enrollment dependent and therefore are subject to rescheduling. Should this occur, we will notify you least 10 business days before we reschedule a class and we will prioritize your request for attendance in another class. Since circumstances may require us to reschedule classes; please consider this when arranging travel. We cannot be responsible for non-refundable or penalty airline tickets. Please check our enrollment web site at https://mylearning-americas.abb.com for additional class and registration information.
