Influencing Customers and Winning Sales
Intended audience: Individuals who interact with customers, especially in a sales capacity. This is the first workshop to be included in this new curriculum with more to be added in the future.
Factory Authorized Trainer
Intended audience: Individuals seeking to become an ABB Factory Authorized Trainer to teach Drives startup and service classes.
Prerequisites: • Request approval to become an ABB Authorized Trainer via your sales management team by submitting a Drives Training Request Form. • Complete curriculum eLearning prior to enrolling in the workshop.
