The global vice president sales with ABB, Ole Jacob Irgens is a Norwegian native with a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology and a Bachelors of science degree from the University of Colorado. Growing up by the sea and being around boats, the marine industry and being around ship technology was a perfect fit.Through his more than 20 years of experience with the marine industry Ole Jacob have held senior positions in Europe, Asia and North America working with Ulstein, Rolls Roys, Subsea Global Solutions and now ABB.
