Luca started his career, after graduating on Electrical Engineering at Università degli Studi di Padova, as junior Engineer in ABB Research. He moved to CESI S.p.A. (Milan) as System Engineer in the Network Study Division. In 2008 he joined again ABB as Project Engineer in the Power Systems Division. In 2011 he started his involvement in Shore Connection first as regional then as global technology manager. At ABB, Luca serves as Global Technology Manager for Shore Connections. Member of CEI TC 78 on safety, CEI/IEC TC 18 for electrical installation on board, JWG28 IEC/ISO/IEEE for HV and LV Shore Connection, WG33 on DC vessels

Jesse joined ABB Marine and Ports in 2015 and has since then built a thorough understanding of the marine industry. He is an explorer and passionate about developing more sustainable and greener options for the future marine tech. Prior to starting in his current position as the Global Product Manager, Automatic Chargers and Cable Management Systems, Jesse has gained substantial hands-on experience in commissioning, site management and project management globally, dealing with charging and battery technology in particular. Jesse holds a Master of Science degree in Technology from Tampere University of Technology.

He has extensive background and experience in marine service business with recent focus on green and sustainable solutions for ships. Marcus joined ABB as R&D engineer for medium voltage drives in 1996 and has since held various positions in project management, operations and service management. He is presently responsible for solution development and portfolio management for ABB Shore Connection and hybrid retrofit solutions. He graduated in 1996 and holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology.
