Automation Authorized Customer Training* This training program provides the basic information
needed to become familiar with ABB’s AC500 PLC and Automation Builder software,
understand its basic architecture, and learn how to use it. It is intended for those
who will support the AC500 PAC components of basic Automation Solution
applications. This course includes training on components, architecture,
communications, programming, startup, and troubleshooting of simple
applications. At the completion of this course, the student should understand
and be able to implement and troubleshoot the PLC in basic ABB Automation

Annual Support Agreement Renewal (1 Year) Annual contract renewal for PAC Technical and Application Engineering support.
