ReliaMod® Main Modules

All ReliaMod® main modules come with 3R rated outdoor enclosures, horizontal bussing, and connectors to allow meter modules to be added to the left and/or right of the unit depending on the application. Ensuring maximum flexibility to accommodate a wide range of applications

ReliaMod™ main modules are available in three main categories as below:

Main Breaker Modules: All ReliaMod® main breaker modules leverage proven ABB circuit breaker technology to provide a single point of disconnection and overcurrent protection, and suitable for service entrance applications.
Main Fusible Switch: All ReliaMod® Main Fusible Switch modules provide a single point of disconnection and overcurrent protection, and suitable for service entrance applications.
Main Lug Modules: ReliaMod® Main Lug Modules provide bus-mounted lugs for the incoming feed, top or bottom. Main Lug Modules can be used for sub feed and allow for additional units to be added to the electrical distribution system, giving you the scalability you need for your construction projects.

Features

Main breaker modules include standard 80% rated Tmax circuit breakers.
Left and right horizontal bus covers.
Interchangeable single and three-phase main and meter modules.
Phase and neutral lugs factory installed for main lug module with either top or bottom feed option.
Main fusible switch modules include a CSA22.2 molded case switch for on/off functions. Provisions for class T fuses are included on the line side for over current protection. Fuses are not included.
Flexible lug sizes through 750kcmil across almost all main modules.
Series ratings are available from main breakers to tenant breakers (See 1SQC930152D0228 / DET-008 for more information on series ratings).
Shunt trips are available for field installation across all main breakers (400A through 2000A).

Amperage ratings:
- Breakers modules are available in 600A, 800A, and 1200A
- Fusible switch modules are available in 400A, 600A, and 800A
- Main lug modules are available in 600A, 800A, and 1200A
A 1200A Main lug module with feed through lugs is available to provide an option for riser panel applications
Single-phase, three-wire, 120/240V AC; three-phase, four-wire 120/208Y applications, and three-phase in/out, 240 Volt max delta systems
All mains are offered with short circuit ratings through 100,000 amps RMS symmetrical

Certifications and Standards

All main modules are CUL Listed
Main breaker modules include CSA22.2, standard 80% rated circuit breakers
RELT (Reduced Energy Let Through) is standard on 1200A main breakers to comply with CEC 2-306 shock and arc flash protection
