Bushing insulators are used in concrete casting, for example, when moving on to partition walls from the roof. The insulator is attached to the mold with nails. When the mold is opened, the nails will come off with the mold. The casting guard delivered with the insulator prevents any casting material from accessing the pipe. There are bushing insulators for 16–50 mm pipes. When using insulators, the initial pipe angle is either 45° or 90°. Pre-bent pipes make installation significantly quicker and easier.
Conduit endpieces are used to protect pipes. During casting, the protective plug prevents any casting material from accessing the pipe. After casting, the conduit endpiece is cut to length. Some endpieces include ready-made cutting spots. In extensions, 90° prebent pipes make installation quicker and easier. Piping can be extended using a pipe of the same size. The extension is attached to the AJ20 mold using a bushing flange. The flange is attached to the mold with nails. When opening the mold, the nails will come off with the mold.
