Asset health and predictive maintenance

Asset health analysis and predictive maintenance provide benefits that improve the bottom line, with a focus on maintenance and retrofit cost optimization. It is not just cost effective maintenance with maintenance based on best predicted scenario, but also full visibility on assets risk analysis, used to prioritize remedial actions. Accurate prediction saves from costly breakdowns.

Predictive maintenance is based on predictive analytics, which exploits collected data with offline assessment and/or online condition monitoring and accurately foresee what’s going to happen in the future.


Condition monitoring, sensors and connectivity

The electrification system is the backbone of any building and production site. A fault can then disrupt the operations and services, and can also delay a restoration. Therefore acting before a fault happens can save a lot of costs, increasing also asset performances and people safety.
