Through our collaboration centers in Sweden and USA we provide 24/7 remote technical support and a single point of contact. The ABB Remote Access Platform (RAP) for ABB Ports provides a secure and protected remote access for our support engineers who are able to connect to the cranes for remote trouble shouting. The RAP establishes a secure tunnel between ABB Ports and the Virtual Support Engineer application at customer site, with all data encrypted.
The RTS is usually provided through a Maintenance and Support agreement for technical support, for XJD, simulators, and Crane Information Management Systems (CIMS).
