Tools and Resources

Combination Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter (AFCI)

Combination Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter (AFCI) protects against overloads, short circuits, series arcs, and parallel arcs. Arc faults are unintended electrical arcs that may ignite combustible materials in a dwelling. AFCI is compact, easy to install and has the flexibility to address shared and mixed neutrals.
