A basic version of myABB/My Control System (limited access) is available for ALL ABB control system customers after registration. After registration, users have access to ALL the SIDs in My Control System where he/she is listed as "End user Technical" or "End user" contact in SoftwareFactory (SoFa).

For systems with a valid Automation Software Maintenance subscription, users will have “Premium access”, which includes features such as software downloads, access to validated security updates and documentation pre-filtered for each system.

myABB/My Control System presents, in dashboard format, important information about the control system’s subscriptions, software licenses, local service contacts. Control system owners, operators and engineers will be able to download documentation and software updates relating to their specific system identity (SID), view online training videos, run system benchmark reports and access all relevant safety reports and alerts. This portal allows to:

Reduce the time and effort spent looking for information specific to installed control systems
Keep them secure and up-to-date with evaluated patches, performance checks and alerts
Shorten software delivery times by downloading service packs and updates for immediate installation
Get recommendations for new system versions upgrades
