Level 1 is the entry level and lowest priced subscription mode under the ASM program. This subscription level is primarily designed for customers focused on regularly maintaining the OT security status of their control system as well as getting web access to relevant control system information via myABB/My Control System. This program level includes L3/L4 expert product support and the System performance Benchmark tool. It does not include any software maintenance or software updates of any kind.

This program level includes all the lifecycle services and deliverables included under Level 1 and includes in addition access to new software versions and enhancements including LTS versions. Within this level, customers may upgrade “Active”, “Classic”, “Limited” and “Obsolete” life cycle software versions of a given product family to the latest available software version within the same system product family. This subscription mode provides increased flexibility for those customers who want to maintain their system and keep it updated and enhanced with new functionality.

This program level includes all the lifecycle services and deliverables available under Level 1 and Level 2. In addition, this program level also allows the evolution of ABB Heritage control systems and selected 3rd party control systems to he latest available ABB control system platform. This program level is designed to provide flexibility to meet the needs of those customers who are on the leading edge of productivity and performance improvements and/or are in the process of a stepwise evolution of the existing control system to the latest available ABB control platform.
