Welcome to ABB Schaffhausen, one of ABB's eight production and engineering sites in Switzerland – also better known in the region as "CMC" – with over a 100 years of history. ABB Schaffhausen specializes in low voltage products for the protection of people, lines and equipment and is a technology leader in many areas.

Nowadays, around 350 employees of different cultures and generations work together, and we also provide training for apprentices in six different professions. We're a traditional production site integrated into the advantages of a global company.

Discover our product range

We are proud of our depth of manufacturing. In addition to modern production lines, we can also produce the corresponding components on site with our in-house stamping, molding and tool shop. In our certified test lab, the products are also subjected to all the necessary tests in order to be able to meet our quality requirements.
