EtherNet/IP FDI Communication Server as a Windows Service
Basic part of the connectivity to EtherNet/IP is the EtherNet/IP FDI Communication Server which is installed as a Windows service. It is based on an FDI Communication Server and allows the Field Information Manager to communicate with EtherNet/IP devices.
