The TÜV certified SIL3 controller and I/O of System 800xA High Integrity safety system can be used in flexible architectures: stand-alone, interfaced with any DCS / PLC, integrated with System 800xA (i.e. installed on the same control network), or fully combined with process control and safety in the same physical controller.
