Coal preparation

ABB offers comprehensive packages of competencies, products, systems and solutions for the complete production chain in coal mining. As such, ABB is a world leader in providing complete plant electrification, integrated process control and optimization solutions, motors and drives systems as well as instrumentation and analyzer systems to the underground mining, open pit mining of coal industries.

Copper process

ABB offers a wide range of products and solutions to the copper mining processing industry. Our portfolio consists of integrated electrification, automation, controls, instrumentation and drives systems, that maximizes productivity for our customers worldwide. ABB is used to face major engineering challenges from this industry by designing electrical and automation systems for projects located at high altitude, above 5000m or where ambient temperatures varied from minus 400C to plus 500C.
