On August 13th, the 2020 China Automation and Intelligent Manufacturing Market Seminar (CAIMRS) held by gongkong® kicked off. Thanks to the great innovation ability and competitiveness in digital and intelligent areas, ABB Electrification won four prizes.
Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Prize in Excellent Service Section
With the deep integration between new generation of information technology and advanced manufacturing industry, intelligent manufacturing has brought another round of industrial revolution. While advancing the leapfrog development of intelligent manufacturing, a number of representatives of it have emerged, becoming models of the industry and leading the marching pace of domestic intelligent manufacturing.
ABB was awarded Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Prize in Excellent Service Section for its IEC61850/GOOSE selective current tripping solution.
In view of the current large-section power supply mode of urban rail transit, and analysis of different current selection scheme, ABB Electrification proposed a comprehensive smart selective protection scheme based on the digital technology IEC61850/GOOSE (general object-oriented substation event) solution, which realizes the digital current protection without delay for the large ring network power supply system of the overall traction station, and effectively improves the overall reliability of rail transit 35kV power supply system.
Automatic Innovation Prize in Innovative Product Section
ABB was awarded Automatic Innovation Prize in Innovative Product Section for its TruONE all-in-one automatic transfer switch in the low voltage electrical area.
The new TruONE is the first true all-in-one automatic transfer switch, engineered to incorporate switch and controller in one seamless unit. The performance test of TruONE is all beyond the standard requirements, and TruONE stands ready to ensure stable and timely emergency power supply. TruONE can reduce installation time by 80%, lower switching time within 50ms, and connect to ABB Ability cloud service.
Intelligent Manufacturing Service Prize in Excellent Service Section
Industry is the foundation and cornerstone of a country, and China is stepping towards a new phase in intelligent manufacturing and Industry 4.0. Each intelligent manufacturing company with a sense of mission and innovation is the primary force along the way.
ABB LV Installation Materials Co., Ltd. Beijing was awarded Intelligent Manufacturing Service Prize in Excellent Service Section. This prize represents not only recognition and honor, but also responsibility and mission.
